Judge rules against defaulted Antifa defendants in Andy Ngo lawsuit
BREAKING: At a hearing today regarding three defaulted Antifa defendants in my Ngo v. Rose City Antifa, et al. lawsuit, the court heard evidence about the brutal June 29, 2019 beating I suffered at a Rose City Antifa event where I was seriously injured. The court found that I was indeed battered and assaulted by Madison "Denny" Lee Allen, Katherine "Corbyn" Belyea and Sammich Overkill Schott-Deputy (formerly Joseph Christian Evans). The court awarded me $300,000—to be split equally among these three attackers.
Today's victory is a small vindication for the disappointing jury verdict earlier this month at trial. Collecting on these judgments will pose serious challenges; however, I’m deeply grateful for the support of the Center for American Liberty and my counsel Dorothy Yamamoto, Gregory Michael, Harmeet Dhillon, James Buchal and Mark Trammell for believing in me, and helping me hold these attackers accountable for trying to violently silence my First Amendment rights. While it will continue to be a steep uphill battle to collect today's awarded damages given the default defendants' history of evasion, I remain determined to hold Antifa and its members accountable for their violent attacks.

Man arrested over leftist attack on Texas Republican congressman's office
Georgetown, Texas — A far-left extremist suspect has been arrested over the April 22 attack on the office of Congressman John Carter, who is a Republican. Reiss Funicelli, of Salado, Texas, allegedly splashed fake blood all over Carter's office and wrote a message in support of Gaza.

Texas governor pardons Army Sergeant who shot dead armed BLM rioter in 2020
New: Texas governor Greg Abbott has granted a full pardon to U.S. Army Sergeant Daniel Perry, who was convicted at trial of murdering an armed BLM rioter in 2020 in Austin. The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles also recommended restoring Perry's gun rights.

Georgia man accused of spraying his bodily fluid on woman shopping at Whole Foods
A man in Chamblee, Ga. has been charged with sexual battery and public indecency after he allegedly ej—culated on a woman who was shopping at Whole Foods on May 11. The victim has been speaking to the press about the sexual assault. Troy Calliste is currently in the Dekalb County Jail.

University of Delaware student charged with hate crime over holocaust memorial attack
A University of Delaware of student, Jenna Kandeel, has been charged with a hate crime, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after allegedly attacking a holocaust memorial on campus on May 8. Many far-left extremists hate Israel so much that they believe Israel is the one responsible for holocausts and genocides.
